Thanks to ‘Radio Armazem’ in Brazil for this great review! (and for mentioning Mark Knopfler!)
But the album's true gem lies in its cohesive diversity. In just a few minutes, Brown transitions from the rock roughness of 'You're The Man' to the folk delicacy of 'Think Things Over,' where the fingerpicking echoes the narrative smoothness of a solitary Mark Knopfler. 'Still Feel The Rain Come Down' is an exercise in contained melancholy lasting a mere 2 minutes and 43 seconds, while 'Stars Above' and 'Hounds Are All Upon Me' close the journey with one foot in Americana and the other in 1970s British blues.
